Monthly activities and events for young people aged 13 to 18 years old, which aims to empower, develop and build a community through fun, interactive workshops and inspiring seminars. From brunch delights to engaging games, empowering workshops, and exciting activities, we've got it all covered. Plus, there are surprises, gifts, and prizes waiting for you! Join us for an unforgettable journey of growth, connection, and fun.
Empowerment programme for young girls and boys
We aim to create an environment where young girls and boys can be empowered through fun activities, workshops and socialising with their peers, helping to support their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development.
When?
Our brunch event is held every last Saturday of the month.
As well as the brunch event, we organise separate social sessions throughout the month for young people to attend, which usually consist of other recreational activities such as dance, games and movie sessions/trips.

Food, Fun & Flourishing...
On the last Saturday of every month, we open up 'The Rooms' to host both girls and boys, with The Bloom Room dedicated to the girls, and The Upper Room dedicated to the boys, creating a safe space where they can be free to engage in discussions among themselves and have conversations around relevant topics with their facilitators.
Participants are provided with a food catering experience with varieties of food such as English breakfast, pastries, cakes, hot and soft drinks. Young people take part in games and group competitions with occasional opportunities for prizes to be won. As part of the programme, young people also take part in a variety of workshops which are tailored to the young people's interests. Some of the workshops have included Health & Wellness, Careers & Employability, Money & Finance, Mental Health, Healthy & Unhealthy Relationships etc.
We also invite inspirational female and male figures/speakers across different career sectors to join in on some of the sessions we hold in order to encourage and inspire the young girls and boys, and to raise their career aspirations, enabling the young girls and boys to gain vital insights and ideas of different career paths they may want to get into, and increasing their knowledge and confidence.
