PWR Lines Project

Employment programme focusing on sales training opportunities and access to employment to vulnerable young people through the sales and distribution of PWR® magazines. We target young people at risk of involvement in criminal activities, ex-offenders, and young people not in education, employment or training (NEET). Our aim is to equip them with the tools they need to become successful sales professionals. Following the training, our young salespeople gain paid work experience by selling the digital magazines directly to the public.

Transforming lives, Rebuilding Communities

The PWR Lines Project is a transformative initiative that seeks to break the cycle of crime, empower young lives, and rebuild communities. We stand at the forefront of providing support and opportunities to young individuals affected by unemployment, county lines, crime and gang violence by offering a pathway to employment with the aim to reduce crime and reoffending rates, while fostering community integration.

Central to this project is the sales and distribution of PWR® Magazine, a youth culture and lifestyle magazine, published by Youth PWR Network, and is entirely produced by the talented members of its Creatives Network, an inclusive community of young creatives such as writers, editors, photographers, creative and art directors, fashion stylists, and art designers.

To make a tangible difference in the lives of young individuals, we collaborate with Youth PWR Network in conducting the sales and distribution of the magazines. In parallel, we passionately nurture and develop teams of young salespeople who become invaluable ambassadors for our cause. These driven individuals, who earn a valuable income from magazine sales, actively engage with the public, sharing our organisation's mission and the essence of the magazine with infectious enthusiasm. This unique approach exemplifies our commitment to empowering youths, showcasing alternative avenues for making an honest living, and ultimately, breaking away from the chains of criminal activities.

#BreakingBarriers

By channelling the talents of young creatives and the dedication of our passionate trained young salespeople, the PWR Lines Project creates a powerful and dynamic force for change. We strive to prevent the exploitation of vulnerable youths by criminal gangs, while also deterring their involvement in activities such as County Lines.

At the PWR Lines Project, we believe in the boundless potential of young lives and their capacity to shape a better future. Through the collective efforts of our community, we advocate for positive change, empowerment, and the triumph of hope over adversity.

If you share our passion for creating positive change and seek to be part of a movement that transforms lives, we invite you to join hands with the PWR Lines Project. Together, we can pave the way to brighter futures and build a community where young individuals thrive, prosper, and positively contribute to society.

Welcome to the PWR Lines Project, where we transform lives and build a safer, stronger, and more compassionate society.
