Step in STEM Project
Employability programme supporting young people into the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) industry, giving them experiences that widens their network, access to work environments, wealth of knowledge and advice that they may never have had the opportunity to acquire.
Step In Stem is our employability programme for young people to create a pathway that inspires and educates young people, as well as creating opportunities for them to follow a career in the STEM fields. The programme will guide and direct, by introducing young people to STEM fields, and providing access, which they otherwise would not have had into the STEM industry.

Industry Connections for a Brighter Future...
The Step in STEM project empowers young people with essential skills, insights, and hands-on experiences that open doors to rewarding careers in STEM. Young people gain access to mentorship, shadowing of industry professionals, work placements, specialised training, and workshops.
Through Youth PWR, we organise engaging career days, networking events, and social gatherings, as well as exclusive corporate events hosted by our partners.

Our success is built on strong partnerships with respected STEM industry leaders committed to making a positive social impact. Our corporate partners contribute by providing invaluable mentorships, training sessions, industry exposure, work experience, and potential job opportunities for our young participants.

We’re actively expanding our network of corporate partners across diverse STEM fields including but not limited to companies in construction, engineering, real estate, finance, technology, biomedical, among others, to broaden opportunities for young people, equipping them to succeed and thrive in their future careers.
